From Military Officer to Latin America’s Go-To Business Strategist
My journey to becoming Latin America’s trusted business advisor began in the Australian Army, where I served as a commissioned officer with deployments to Central Asia and the Middle East. Armed with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Project Management from UNSW, I transitioned to executive roles in the international mining sector, working across Australia, Canada, Peru, and Colombia.
In 2014, while establishing my own ventures in Peru and Colombia with co-founder David Wright, we discovered a critical gap in the market: foreign companies desperately needed reliable, professional back-office services to navigate Latin America’s complex business landscape. This challenge became our opportunity.
Today, I lead two transformative ventures that are reshaping how international businesses and individuals access Latin American opportunities. With nearly a decade of on-the-ground experience and a network spanning 18 offices across the region, I’ve helped hundreds of companies successfully establish and grow their presence in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
